Refund Policy
We want every founder to feel confident working with us. This policy explains how refunds work across our engagements.
Milestone-based work
Most engagements are billed against agreed milestones. Payments made for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable, as work has already been performed.
Advance payments
Where an advance is paid for work not yet started, you may request a refund of the unused portion before that work begins, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.
How to request
To request a refund, email hello@startupnep.com with your project details. We review every request fairly and respond within a reasonable time.
Equity engagements
Tech Co-Founder (equity) engagements are governed by their specific agreement rather than this policy.
