These Terms govern your use of the Startup Nepal website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Startup Nepal partners with founders on product strategy, design, and technology development across several engagement models. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any engagement are agreed privately in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create an obligation on either party. We review each application and respond with proposed next steps. Any engagement begins only once both parties agree in writing.
Intellectual property
Ownership of work produced is defined by your engagement — for example, full transfer of ownership in the Launch Program and Build & Own engagements, or a partnership arrangement in the Tech Co-Founder model. The specific terms are agreed privately with each founder.
Payments
Any fees, schedules, and terms are set out privately in your agreement. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, Startup Nepal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
